Teaming with BVS

Binary Virtual Solutions, LLC (BVS) is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. We subcontract to prime contractors on federal and defense programs. We carry a defined piece of the work: the platform, the pipeline, the migration or the hardening.

Our SBA VetCert application is submitted and pending. BVS is not yet SBA certified.

What we can carry on your program

  • OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms. Cluster build and configuration, ready for production workloads.
  • DevSecOps CI/CD. Pipelines that check for leaked secrets, scan every image with Trivy, run the tests, sign images with cosign and deploy.
  • GitOps. Deploys through Argo CD and Helm, so what runs in the cluster matches what is in Git.
  • Ansible automation. Configuration and routine tasks written as Ansible, so they run the same way every time.
  • Application migration. Apps moved from on-prem servers into containers on OpenShift, Kubernetes and AWS, with routing, TLS and network policies for each.
  • Security hardening. Non-root containers, network policies, and secrets kept in HashiCorp Vault instead of Git.

  • Senior Platform / DevSecOps Engineer. Designs, builds and runs container platforms and the pipelines onto them: GitOps, CI/CD, image scanning and signing, secrets management.
  • Cloud Migration Engineer. Assesses, refactors and moves applications to container platforms or cloud, with routes, TLS, network policies, cutover and rollback.
  • Cloud / Solutions Architect. Designs the target platform, security controls and delivery pipeline, and writes the architecture and the acceptance criteria.
